For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.

At one time, man was ‘ a little lower than the angels.’

But, when Jesus Christ, ‘Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.’ – Philippians 2:6-8 (KJV)

Because of this, Jesus Christ is: ‘… at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:’

Pretty coool.
